Good to know at Heathrow
- ✓ Heathrow is inside London’s ULEZ: non-compliant cars pay TfL £12.50 a day (midnight to midnight) – check your car
- ✓ Being dropped at the terminal? Heathrow charges £7 per drop-off – pay by midnight the next day (heathrow.com/dropoff)
Travelling at a weekend or early morning? Your confirmation has the car park’s on-the-day number, and you can WhatsApp us any time.
Plans might change? Add Cancellation Cover (£2)

Why long stay parking is cheaper by the week
Rates are banded by the number of days, not charged per day at a flat rate. Two weeks costs less per day than three days at the same car park.
Park & Ride or Meet & Greet for a long trip
Park & Ride is usually the cheaper option over a longer stay. Meet & Greet costs more but saves the shuttle at both ends, which matters most on an early departure or a late return.
Your price does not change on the day
The price you see is the price you pay. It is fixed when you book, whatever the car park charges at the barrier that week.

How long counts as long stay parking?
Anything from about a week upwards. Our rates are banded by length of stay, so the daily cost falls the longer you leave the car.
Can I cancel a long stay booking?
Yes, if you add Cancellation Cover at checkout. You can then cancel online up to 24 hours before drop-off for a full refund. (Bookings made before 26 October 2026 keep 48 hours.) Without Cover there is no online cancellation.
Can I book my holiday on urbook too?

Is my car insured while it is parked?
Car parks we list are CCTV-monitored. Drivers are insured; cover details are in each provider's terms.

Yes. New customers can use URFIRST10 for £10 off or WELCOMEUR for 10% off their first booking, entered in the discount box at checkout – one code per booking. It applies once, on your first completed booking, and cannot be used again afterwards.
