Our Review Policy
Every review you see about urbook comes from a real customer. This page explains how we ask for reviews, how we show them and how our rating is worked out.

Who can leave a review
Anyone who has booked airport parking, an airport transfer or a holiday through urbook can review us on Google, Trustpilot or our own urbook review page. Our team, our families and our providers do not review urbook.
How we ask for reviews
- We ask every customer, after their trip, by email or WhatsApp – not only customers we think are happy.
- We always offer both Google and Trustpilot, in neutral words.
- We never offer a discount, voucher, prize or any other reward for a review, and we never suggest a star rating or what to write.
- We never write, buy, swap or edit reviews.
How we show reviews
- Our urbook review page shows every review we receive. We only hide a review that contains someone's personal details, offensive language, or is not about a urbook booking – and never because it is negative.
- The rating we show (for example 'Rated 4.9 urbook') is the average of the reviews on Google, Trustpilot and urbook. It is a rating for urbook as a whole, it is always labelled 'urbook', and we never show a figure above the real average.
- A car park, transfer or holiday only shows its own stars once it has reviews from customers who booked it with us.
When something goes wrong
We read every review and aim to reply to all of them, negative ones first. If you had a problem, please tell us straight away so we can help: WhatsApp (any time), email contact@urbook.co.uk, or call 020 8061 0000 (7 days a week, 8am to 8pm).

If you think a review about urbook is not genuine, email contact@urbook.co.uk with a link to it and we will look into it.
