Accessibility Statement

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA and to make reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010.

What we do

• Text and buttons use colours checked for contrast (at least 4.5 to 1 for normal text), and we never put white text on our orange.
• The site works in light and dark mode and follows your device setting.
• Pages work on phones, tablets and computers, and text can be enlarged with your browser or device settings.
• Images that carry information have text descriptions.
• Prices, booking fees and cancellation terms are written out in plain words, not only shown as icons.

What still needs work

• Some parts of the site are built with our website platform's own components, and we cannot fully control how they work with every screen reader.
• Date and time pickers on the search form may be harder to use with a keyboard alone.
• Some older guide pages and PDFs may not be fully accessible.

We are working through these and review this statement regularly.

If anything on the site is hard to use, or you would like information in another format, we will help you book or answer your question another way: WhatsApp (any time), email contact@urbook.co.uk, or call 020 8061 0000 (7 days a week, 8am to 8pm). If you need a wheelchair, assistance with luggage or other help on the day, add it in the Special requests box when you book or tell us before you travel.
