Where do I meet the driver at Terminal 5?
In the Terminal 5 short-stay car park, Level 4, Row R or S. Set your sat-nav to TW6 2GA.
- Call the number on your confirmation when you are 20 minutes away.
- Take the far left-hand lane up to Level 4 and follow the signs for "Off airport parking".
- Park in Row R or S and wait with your car – your driver meets you at your booked time.
- Check the car over together; the driver photographs it, takes the keys, and you walk into departures.
Have ready: your booking confirmation, keys, any immobiliser code and a payment card. Take all valuables out of the car.
Is the Heathrow car park fee included?
No. Heathrow charges its own short-stay fee for the handover, paid at the machines, at drop-off and again at pick-up. Check the current rate on heathrow.com before you travel.
What happens when I land back at T5?
Call when you land, then again once you have your bags. Your car comes back to the same place – T5 short stay, Level 4, Row R or S.
Flights are monitored, so a delay or an early landing is already taken into account. Check the car with the driver before you take the keys. Your car is driven on public roads to a secure, CCTV-monitored compound, so a few miles on the clock is normal. More on that in our delayed flights guide.
Is Meet & Greet at Heathrow T5 worth it for business trips?
For most business travellers, yes: you lose no time on a shuttle and your car is at the terminal when you land. Every booking comes with a receipt, and if you need a VAT receipt for expenses we can request one from the car park.

What if my flight back to T5 is delayed?
Flights are monitored, so a delay or early landing is already taken into account. Call when you land and again once you have your bags.
Can I cancel my Heathrow T5 Meet & Greet booking?
With Cancellation Cover (£2) you can cancel online up to 24 hours before drop-off and get the booking price back in full. Without it, online cancellation is not available.
Do I pay the Heathrow car park fee with Meet & Greet?
Yes. Heathrow's short-stay fee is not in the booking price. You pay it at the machines at drop-off and at pick-up.
Can I get a VAT receipt for Heathrow T5 parking?
Every booking comes with a receipt. If you need a VAT receipt for expenses, ask us and we will request one from the car park.
Is Meet & Greet cheaper than Park & Ride at Heathrow?
