Is a pre-booked transfer worth it for London City Airport?

Note the Executive Saloon carries less hand luggage than a standard Saloon, so it is not automatically the bigger option.

Can I get a VAT receipt for my London City transfer?

What about the London City drop-off charge?

London City Airport charges for using the terminal forecourt (reported at £8 for up to five minutes since 6 January 2026; Blue Badge holders are exempt). Whether a terminal charge is included in your fare depends on the provider – your urbook confirmation says which applies, so there are no surprises on the day.

When is London City Airport open?

The terminal opens Monday to Friday 04:45–22:00, Saturday 04:45–13:00 and Sunday 10:30–22:00 (London City Airport). Early Monday flights are common for business travel, so book your collection time the day before at the latest.

What if my plans change?
