Park & Ride at Luton
You drive to the compound, park in a marked bay and keep your own keys. A shuttle runs between the car park and the terminal, usually taking around ten minutes. Your car stays where you left it, under CCTV, for the whole trip.
It suits travellers who are not in a rush and do not mind a short transfer at each end.
Meet & Greet at Luton
You drive to the terminal and hand your keys to an insured, vetted driver, who parks the car in a secure compound. On your return the car comes back to you at the terminal. No shuttle, no waiting around with luggage and children.
It is worth considering if you are travelling with heavy bags, small children, or catching an early flight where every minute counts. Compare the live prices for your dates above, as the cheaper of the two varies by operator and by length of stay.
Luton has one terminal
Unlike Heathrow, Luton operates a single passenger terminal, so there is no terminal to choose and no risk of a driver waiting at the wrong one. You will still be asked for your flight number so your return can be tracked.
How early should I arrive?
Call the car park roughly 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive so someone can meet you. For Park & Ride, allow around ten minutes for the shuttle on top of your usual check-in time. For Meet & Greet, the handover itself takes a few minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Incoming flights are monitored, so a delay or cancellation is normally picked up before you land and your return time is adjusted. Call when you have landed, and again once you have collected your bags.
Can I cancel a Luton parking booking?
Cancellation cover is available at checkout for GBP 2.00. With it you can cancel online up to 24 hours before drop-off for a full refund of the booking price; there is no refund within 24 hours or for a no-show, and the Cover and SMS fees are not refunded. (Bookings made before 26 October 2026 keep 48 hours.)

How many terminals does Luton have?
One. Luton operates a single passenger terminal, so there is no terminal to select when you book.
Is Meet & Greet available at Luton?
Yes. A driver meets you at the terminal, takes your keys and parks the car, and brings it back to the terminal on your return.
Can I cancel my Luton parking?
Add Cancellation Cover (£2) at checkout to cancel online up to 24 hours before drop-off for a full refund. Without Cover there is no online cancellation or refund.
Do you offer a discount for new customers?

How long is the shuttle at Luton?
Around ten minutes between the car park and the terminal. Allow longer at peak times.
Do I keep my keys with Park & Ride?
Yes. With Park & Ride you park the car yourself and keep your own keys for the whole trip.
What do I need on arrival?
Your booking reference, your keys, and any starting instructions if the car is unusual. Remove valuables before you hand it over.
